Justin began his career in Real Estate with what is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago in Spring of 2007. During a time when many long time agents were leaving the business, Justin took advantage of an opportunity to learn every aspect of the business in order to smoothly coordinate successful transactions in a tough market. In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and was recently announced again for 2016 that Justin was awarded the Five-Star Real Estate Agent recognition as one of the top agents in the Chicagoland area based on customer satisfaction. Within KoenigRubloff, Justin has worked with the leadership team as a technology trainer, Assistant Managing Broker of the Deerfield, Glenview and Northbrook offices and Vice President and Managing Broker of the Park Ridge and Schaumburg offices. He was also one of the instructors for KoenigRubloff University teaching pre-licensing education, post licensing education and continuing education. Justin had been employed to share his vast knowledge and expertise in technology, training and coaching with the agents he manages. Justin also serves on the Grievance and Ethics Committee for the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors and has achieved the highest levels of leadership training from the National Association of Realtors.His creative background, and past endeavors in starting a new real estate technology company enable him to think outside of the box and come up with new and innovative ideas not only in marketing, but finding ways to negotiate and put deals together.
