Founded Wilkinson ERA Real Estate in 2000 and built it to over 850 agents in NC/SC with 14 offices and 50 employees with $1.5 Billion in sales and over $35 million in revenue. Directed recruiting and marketing operations as well contract negotiations and implementation of an innovative commission initiative to grow agents. Partnered with apartment communities, negotiated contracts with local and regional REIT's to set up the H.O.M.E. (Home Ownership Made Easy) program and with local and national builders to work with tenants on rent rebates towards home purchase. Directed marketing campaign to manage leads and attract agents and purchased ERA franchise to utilize the tools, international brand and relocation, joining with about 600 agents and 2 offices to become principal in Cartus Relocation in the Charlotte market.Relocation- Started Relocation in 2012 and n our Second year achieved over $50 million in business and awarded Gold level from Cartus. from 2015-2017 was awarded Platinum from Cartus. StartedRelocation in multiple anagrams with Cartus, offering relocation services in our Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Asheville and Winston Salem in addition to our Charlotte office. Aligned with multiple relocation companies and awarded several large group moves, MetLife, Sealed Air among others.Mergers & Acquisitions- Acquired 2 offices in Cornelius, NC, merging them (2012). Purchased 2 offices in Wilmington, adding 120 agents in those transactions and picked up another anagram in Cartus. Purchased offices in Asheville NC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Jacksonville, NC, and Charleston, SC (2013). Added 80 agents in those transactions and received another anagram with Cartus in Asheville. Purchased an office in Greenville, SC, and Hendersonville, NC (2014). Sold the offices in Jacksonville and Charleston for substantial profits and purchased another office in Charlotte and opened 3 more offices in Charlotte to accommodate growth (2015). Sold Company in 2017.

Negotiated and partnered with Towne Bank Mortgage to create mortgage company that resulted in rollout of a full banker Joint Venture in 2015. Spearheaded the closure of over $100 million in loans in the first year and over $150 million in 2017

Founded new property management venture, managing over 400 properties with total revenue over $500k at market apex. Sold company in 2017.• Spearheaded robust marketing campaign to Realtors to increase sales• Increased scope by adding properties, purchasing 3 property management firms and rolling them into Wilkinson. Sold Company in 2017

Launched Title and Escrow Company in 2008, setting up Settlement company to assist Realtors and clients with full service settlements. With only 3 employees, realized a net profit of 35%. Closed 700 deals in first year (2008). In 2017 we issued over 2000 policies, with total revenue of 800K. Sold company in 2017.

Provided broker services for an online New Home Brokerage that had a cash back feature to attract Buyers. Closed over 1000 homes before being purchased by realestate.com in 2004.• Facilitated builder contracts, developed online content and assisted buyers find builders that fit their unique needs

Developed the H.O.M.E. (Home Ownership Made Easy) Program for Regional REIT program based out of Charlotte, NC.Successfully completed over 500 tenant transactions leading to home ownership. Purchased by Camden Properties in 2005.• Drove new home purchases through creation and implementation of an incentivised rent rebate program and robust marketing strategies• Negotiated contracts with builders, and lenders, and other REITs to allow program to operate in their properties• Developed and facilitated Home Ownership seminars and training for tenants, collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents to implement strategies for success with Property Management team
