Wells Fargo is one of the nation’s largest warehouse lenders supporting over $18 Billion monthly via more than 50,000 loans.As a Capital Markets Analyst, I am part of a small team of experts who assess, verify, reconcile, and process warehouse mortgage lending operations. I am responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of routine and complex transactions involving money and asset movement, supporting the activities associated within Lending Operations. Through continual process improvement over the past 9 years the size of this team has stayed mostly the same while the volume of work has more than tripled. Being responsible for moving billions of dollars requires extreme attention to detail and complete trustworthiness; two of the personal characteristics in which I take pride.- Process mortgage fundings via the proprietary Warehouse Lending Software Systems of clients of Wells Fargo Securities related to funding and settlement of individual mortgage loans.- Client relationship management of loan processing mechanics includes active client engagement for problem resolution, training, and process improvement. -Perform treasury cash management and fund transfers in line with client service agreements for capital market credit relationships.-Execute data entry via loan functions such as: incoming funds postings, control disbursement postings, and principal reduction updates.-Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and effective communication.-Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and use good judgment to establish order of execution.-Assist in the research and resolution of all types of issues including, but not limited to, profit and loss generation, profit and loss attribution, trade capture, new and amended trades, cash payments, customer pricing, collateral management, general ledger reconciliation and work with the Documentation Group to resolve complex confirmation and other related issues.
