- Constant communication with airports and fuel suppliers. Arranging related services forscheduled flight programs and Ad-hoc flights.- Fuel suppliers tender organization, selection of fuel providers, negotiation and finalizationof agreement conditions.- Forecasting weekly and monthly fuel consumption.- Monitoring and updating fuel prices and airport charges, arranging payment plans,evaluating expenses and informing related parties regarding any changes.- Constant supervision of supplier’s debts and liabilities.- Controlled the incurred fuel costs.- Communication with state authorities on matters related flight taxes declarations.- Ability to analyze information and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.- Ensuring clients meet SLAs.- Analyzed financial data for cost-effective fuel supply.

- Communication with passengers and tour operators in regards to all customer servicesrelated matters, resolving various inquiries, customer issues, complaints.- Excellent customer service skills provision.- Other duties included: claims analysis, settlement agreements preparation, paymentorders preparation, flights related documentation management, customer care telephoneservice.
