College soccer player turned tech entrepreneur; an avid skier with a passion for life and learning.He is currently serving as the Director of Product for 303 Software where he is leading their product development teams into the company's next phase of growth. Justen has spent the last year on the leading edge of the AI revolution during the day at 303 and in the evenings while building Wacka.Justen joined Athlete Network in 2012 where he used his unique blend of technology, creative design, and business acumen to help Athlete Network grow as the technology provider for two divisions of the United States Olympic Committee and over 150 colleges and universities. He lead two major projects to build private branded networks for the USOC’s Career and Education division as well as the USOC’s Olympic and Paralympic Alumni Association. This success lead to his involvement in creating the first of it’s kind, multi-tenant platform for university athletic departments and professional sports leagues.In 2010, Justen raised angel investment to build and launch Saavi Accountability. Saavi provided instant, online accountability to help those struggling with online addictions. Shortly after the launch of Saavi, he co-launched Hope2Healing with Todd Bowman, PhD, LPC, to be a research extension of the software and study the neurology and brain science behind intimacy and addiction. Justen exited Saavi Accountability when it was purchased by Covenant Eyes, the industry leader in the online accountability space, based in Owosso, Michigan.Justen’s passion for learning is evident in all areas of his life. Justen is the youngest fellow of Leading to Serve; a fellowship of leaders from different industries across the world. He received his bachelor’s degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) in Olathe, Kansas. During his time at MNU, he was a standout soccer player who set school records in goals and points. Justen was an NSCAA All-American and won various All-Region and All-Conference honors. He also played in the PDL for the Colorado Springs Blizzard. He currently serves as the President of the MNU Men's Soccer Alumni Association. He also serves his alma mater on the MNU Alumni Executive Committee and is the Chair of the MNU Alumni Networks Committee.
