As a social entrepreneur, I specialize in governance, institutional development, capacity building, and strategic advocacy. With a proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale programs and policies, I bring significant leadership experience in international cooperation and technical assistance for sustainable development.Since 2012, I have been leading the IRC country program in Burkina Faso, and in 2020, I took on the leadership of the regional program across Africa. My mission is to address the systemic challenges that hinder African countries from achieving sustainable development goals in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). My work focuses on building and strengthening governance and management systems at local, national, and regional levels. I strive to generate, test, and scale impactful solutions for key stakeholders by providing technical assistance and strategic influence.Over the years, I have conducted in-depth research and coordinated projects across a range of areas, including public policy development, WASH management system improvements, and institutional development. My expertise spans multiple African countries, including Burkina Faso, Benin, Niger, Ghana, Mali, Ethiopia, and Senegal. I have contributed to the formulation of national and regional strategies, promoted human rights in the water and sanitation sector, and established methodological frameworks for WASH service assessment and management. Additionally, I have championed gender equality in natural resource management and adapted microcredit models to benefit rural communities.I am a native French speaker, fluent in English, and hold a PhD in Political Sociology alongside my training as an Agronomic Engineer.
