• Serve as the Program Manager at Pa Karim Memorial Foundation, facilitating connections between international business partners and opportunities for sustainable development in Sierra Leone. • Utilize existing relationships and programs within Sierra Leone, including collaborations with NGOs, to facilitate introductions between business partners and public/private sector stakeholders. • Identify and pursue country-level Public-Private-Partnership opportunities with the Government of Sierra Leone and other stakeholders to develop tailored funding pathways for large-scale infrastructure projects. • Ensure alignment with Sierra Leone’s NDC goals regarding Sustainability and Climate Change adaptation. • Act as a liaison between business partners and local stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout project development and implementation. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies, providing regular updates and reports to Foundation leadership.

As an alumnus/alumna of the school, I play a crucial role in identifying the needs of the students, maintaining communication with our donor network and PK leadership, documenting school activities, and ensuring transparent financial tracking. • Student Needs Identification: Regularly assess the needs of students at PK Memorial Primary School, including educational, nutritional, and extracurricular requirements. • Communication and Updates: Serve as the primary liaison between PK Memorial Primary School, the donor network, and PK leadership. Provide timely updates, reports, and communication on school activities, student progress, and needs. • Documentation: Document school activities, events, and achievements through written reports, photographs, and videos. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation for internal records and external communications. • Financial Tracking: Work closely with PK leadership to track funds allocated for various school initiatives, including scholarships, infrastructure improvements, and educational programs. Maintain transparent financial records and provide regular reports on fund utilization. • Advocacy and Empowerment: Advocate for the needs and rights of PK Memorial Primary School students within the community and with external stakeholders.
