I am a motivated and dedicated professional with a keen interest in leveraging data analytics to drive impactful decisions. Holding a Degree in Economics, I have a solid academic background that complements my practical skills in data analysis.I master my technical skills through my enrollment in Azubi Africa Cohort 7 Data Analytics Professional program. Here I had the privilege to work on multiple projects using the relevant analytics tools under the guidance of experienced data scientists and trainers, including Advance Excel techniques and PivotTable Analysis, MySQL, Power BI, Python for Analytics and building Machine learning Models.My journey in data analysis began as a Data Quality Analyst at Ghana Cocoa Board, where I honed my abilities to clean transform and modify data for analysis. This experience equipped me with a meticulous approach to handling data, ensuring its accuracy and reliability for informed decision-making. I have in addition, extensive experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on a project under the auspices of the World Bank in Collaboration with Ghana's Ministry of Finance. In this role, I not only conducted data analysis but also had the opportunity to teach data literacy and emphasize the relevance of data to 30 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. This experience reinforced my belief in the transformative power of data and the importance of fostering data-driven cultures within organizations, utilizing tools like Tableau and Power BI for impactful visualizations.Beyond my technical abilities, I am deeply passionate about policy and macro analytics, advocating for economic sustainability and equity. I believe in the power of data to inform policies that foster positive social and environmental change.My strengths in communication and capacity building enable me to effectively convey insights derived from data analysis to diverse stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making processes.Outside of the professional realm, I find joy in engaging in sporting activities during my free time.
