Train Level I Service Center Receptionists by adhering to training packet and training during desk shifts and supervisor shifts to ensure trainees comprehend and can fulfill job expectations. Supervise student employees while on shift to assure procedures and protocols are followed. File necessary paperwork, complete appropriate forms, contact duty-chain, and restock supplies as needed. Assist in supervising student employees in completing the following tasks: loaning items, checking residents in/out, and checking out loaner keys/access cards by answering the duty phone, Teams messages, and while on rounds.

Fulfill routine clerical support while contributing customer service to all residence hall students and customers - both written and verbal. Provide support and forward inquiries to appropriate personnel for proper information. Perform answering phones, sending emails, processing mail and packages, and assisting in maintaining records and accounts all in accordance with procedures to ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with coworkers to facilitate problem solving through effective communication and teamwork.
