A large part of this role was handling new integration implementation for our multifamily clients. This role has helped familiarize me with several aspects of integrations and how they interact with our products. As well as how our clients interact with them. I have been fortunate to work with clients from start to finish on their journey. From working with the client and vendor to gather and configure credentials, to configuring the Multifamily IUI widgets and our back end settings to meet the clients requested specifications. This role also allowed me to work hand in hand with not working integration issues. I have become proficient in running SOAP calls, creating and uploading LRO files to the FTP server, lead client/vendor calls to verify and adjust configuration settings, using command line to tail logs, etc., to ensure and rule out a configuration issue. Like the previous CX role it is important to gather an understanding for what the client is attempting to accomplish.
