As a product manager, my role involves understanding customer needs, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. Business Analyst Manager Duties:-Hire competent and skilled Business Analysts-Provide appropriate training and tools for Business Analysts-Provide challenging yet realistic task assignments for Business Analysts-Communicate objectives, work standards, and expectations to department members and direct reports-Establish and communicate performance standards and measurements-Provide constructive performance feedback and periodic written evaluations-Act as coach and mentor to employees-Respond to team member concerns and issuesLead Analyst Duties (as needed):-Elicit business need of clients-Actively lead solve sessions to solve business problems for clients-Generate requirements and acceptance criteria -Work with project management to mitigate project risks-Collaborate with development on design for new enhancements-Collaborate with quality assurance for testing scenarios and strategy-Leverage technical knowledge to resolve system issues -Train others on systems and processes-Communicate objectives to team members across disciplines (Dev, QA, etc)-Play the role of lead analyst on multiple projects-Visit clients to build relationships and solve business problems-Demo new functionality at the end of every sprint
