I currently oversaw and orchestrate daily activities and operations of a fitness center serving approximately 40,000 service men and women. As such, I administer a supply requisition and expenditure budget of more than $1.2MM. I supervise a 10-member military and civilian staff while preserving $700K in sports and athletic equipment. I resolve disputes, release personnel, and apply disciplinary procedures. Finally, I ensure programs, systems and functions remain in full regulatory compliance.I am particularly proud to have maintained soldier awareness of army policies by implementing and scheduling mandatory EO, sexual assault, and harassment training.

In this capacity, I spearheaded the design, development, upgrade, maintenance and deployment of software applications in addition to updating software and hardware for computer-based systems. I coordinated and conducted user interviews, improved user interface and experience by integrating user feedback into product development cycles. I presided over the development, implementation, and continuation of cybersecurity requirements and programs. I directed architecture, enhancement and conservation of data storage and retrieval systems. I also planned, coordinated, and monitored critical enterprise networks in support of military and government agencies. Of my many notable contributions, I:• Led a help desk team of 24 soldiers and two (2) civilian field support representatives.• Project managed all asset distribution, training facilitation and personnel management activities relevant to signal needs.• Promoted battalion system for shared understanding across three countries by establishing SharePoint and page layouts.

In this capacity, I was a member of the Communications Team NCOIC for the USARPAC and Pacific Theater Joint Forces Land Component Commander. As such, I enabled Mission Command throughout the Pacific Theater by providing a full spectrum of global voice, data, and video communications capabilities. This meant ensuring reliable IT services/communications capabilities for seven General Officers and one SES Civilian in order to plan and execute Joint, Multinational Exercises/Operations, Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief, and Contingency Operations. I also supplied reach-back communications support for six (6) travel missions; enabled mission command across four (4) enclaves. I supervised the operation, maintenance, and accountability of equipment valued at $3M. I maintained the health, welfare training, and morale of 11 Soldiers. Finally, I improved overall section knowledge and readiness by developing team SOPs, TTPs, and training manuals. Of special note, I:• Gained selection over seven (7) Senior NCOs to serve as Commo Team NCOIC for consistently displaying mission-first leadership style; represented communications team at first annual 516th Signal Brigade Malasada Run.• Obtained 14 IT certifications by directing IT training for 10 NCOs.• Sustained 100% section medical readiness, achieved zero (0) losses, and enabled successful rapid IT support deployment as well as sound and tangible results every time.

In this previous role, I conducted classroom instruction in support of TRADOC (Army Training and Doctrine Command) Army Learning Model (ALM) in a blended learning environment. I leveraged computer-based training simulations. I composed training video scripts and storyboards. I also delivered and supported students in training while rotating between teams to deliver instruction and classroom preparation. Finally, I executed computer system signal support functions and technical assistance. My most notable contributions include that I:• Received an "Excellent" rating on all instructor evaluations for consistently establishing and maintaining operations in full regulatory compliance throughout tenure.• Advanced accountability of $11.5MM in radio and classroom equipment without any deficiencies or losses in training time.

In this capacity, I delivered top tier communication facilities and capabilities in battle against Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threat by coordinating training and communications with 1000+ service members on Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) and radio equipment use, maintenance and operation. As such, I administered Task Force Communication Security (COMSEC) and ensured provision of secured mission communications by loading vehicle radios with cryptographic keys for 32+ weeks. I also tested equipment configurations, trained joint team on radio communications, procured training, and volunteered as assistant brigade level electronic warfare officer. I managed two (2) Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare system hardware upgrades and various software updates. I resolved numerous automation discrepancies. In particular, I:• Achieved zero (0) communications losses while continuing all COMSEC records and cryptographic keys over a 12-month period.• Precipitated 75% reduction in personnel accountability time frame and enabled immediate crisis communication capabilities for joint staff members by spearheading implementation of an intra-base communication radio system.• Opened and tracked resolution of 90 help desk tickets in support of 164 coalition and joint personnel.• Earned the Joint Service Commendation Medal for exemplary service and leadership.
