• Manage KPI’s to measure effectiveness, including supplier APQP timeline’s and PPAP.• Implement corrective action plans when necessary.• Review supplier’s process and offer feedback on making their process more robust.• Experience handling suppliers in stamping, welding, injection molding etc.• Drive supplier PFMEA and control plan using AIAG standards and customer requirements.• Responsible for all interactions related to product quality with the customer.• Responsible for organizing cross-functional team in regards to managing PFMEA and control plan.• Responsible for maintaining torque strategies using Atlas Copco Power Focus / Powermac and Bosch software.• Create and maintain incoming inspection plans using internal ERP System.• Responsible for product safety and compliance.• Perform supplier VDA 6.3 process audits

• Assist in process management and time management for all TM's.• Carry out the daily duties set out by the supervisor.• Support TM’s with ideas and tips to help them efficiently run their processes.• Maintaining quality by following quality standard, communication with all departments, and calling back defects to place of occurrence.• Insure 5's is being followed to insure safety and production.• Maintain morale and focus for strong team unity.• Assist in root cause analysis for reoccurring defects seen in the final product.• Participate in internal audits related to the final product.• Provide feedback, both positive and negative, to support continuous improvement within the QA department.• Evaluate current standardized work and implement changes when necessary.
