I Maintain a marketing/advertising budget, deal with the rink's accounting, staffing and employee relations, inside and outside sales and maintaining the rink and property. I was a staff leader at the Allied Drive afterschool program assisting the site director in coordinating activities and leading up to 25 students in structured afterschool activities such as outdoor games, homework, educational activities including implementing a constant lesson in money and work that is still used today by the staff.

I began my job as a freshman in high school skate guarding and refereeing roller hockey games helping to enforce the rules and regulations of the rink. In 2001 I began to DJ the sessions and coordinate games and music for the patrons entertainment. In 2002 the business was sold and I was retained and bumped up to assistant manager tasked with overseeing the entire staff during sessions and ensuring the patrons walked away happy and overseeing the entire roller hockey program. By 2003 I became the rink manager and began doing inside and outside sales as well as rink maintenance and maintained that position until 2010 when I left to open my own insurance agency.
