As Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Intech, an institutional global asset manager, I oversee teams responsible for Intech's legal, regulatory, compliance, and human resource matters, as well as all business operations. I am a member of the Executive Committee, and also chair the Zero Error Taskforce, a firm-wide group committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence, and the Corporate Strategy Committee focused on initiative execution. With several years of in-house experience, I have a strong track record of leading and supporting strategic initiatives, with expertise in corporate governance, board management and reporting, securities law, risk management, litigation, insurance, intellectual property, and vendor and client contract negotiation for Intech and its affiliates. I have successfully managed teams through regulatory issues and exams.
