Justin Baron is the CEO of PSBN, LLC. With a focus on automation and qualitative growth metrics, Justin provides a boutique and communication-first approach to bookkeeping services.Justin began his career at PwC, where he served as a founding member of the Financial Services Center of Excellence division in Philadelphia, the division handling PwC's Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance clients serving as a focal point for subject-matter specialists, industry knowledge, key contacts, and best practices in the Northeast region. Moving into the entertainment industry at Live Nation, Justin oversaw all accounting functions and monthly financial statement preparation for the PNC Bank Arts Center and accounting functions for New York/New Jersey venues including Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center, and Izod Center. There he reported directly to the East Coast VP of Finance on the general health of responsible entertainment venues through monthly analysis of 
financial statements, growth projections, and state-reviewed revenue reconciliation. While at Live Nation, Justin spearheaded three audits of GAAP reporting, revenue recognition, depreciation methods, and cash-handling procedures. 
In 2013, Justin founded PSBN, LLC, bringing his unique collection of financial experience to a client base including wholesale beauty and jewelry, music, film & entertainment, nonprofit, and urban planning. With a team of 10 experienced bookkeeping staff members, Justin has grown PSBN into an industry-leading remote-based bookkeeping firm. Justin graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. A Lancaster, PA native, Justin now lives in Los Angeles.
