In my role as a Production Operator, I take charge of preparing molds by cleaning, adding inserts, and other necessary components, ensuring the correct amount of materials is added to each mold, and utilizing overhead cranes for heavy equipment movement. Additionally, I assist in loading and unloading molds, operate basic platforms, and uphold safe and clean working conditions. I cut filters, refill materials with accurate mixtures, stage and prepare for production runs, trim excess flash from products, foam products, and assemble products following established guidelines.

As a Field Operations Engineer Intern at TRDI, I am responsible for contributing to the operational efficiency of the organization. Through diligent research, analysis, and evaluation, I identify areas for improvement, enhance productivity, and eliminate inefficiencies in workflows and processes. Working closely with the current leadership, I play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations. My duties encompass a wide range of responsibilities. Firstly, I conduct comprehensive assessments of existing processes and practices, meticulously comparing them to applicable standards and criteria. This allows me to gain valuable insights into the organization's performance. Additionally, I collaborate with various departments to develop strategic plans, metrics, and actionable strategies aimed at achieving our business objectives. In order to drive data-driven decision-making, I analyze and interpret relevant data, providing meaningful feedback on assessment results. This analysis not only uncovers opportunities for improvement but also identifies potential risks that need to be addressed. Leveraging my advanced knowledge, I apply statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling techniques to evaluate current procedures and optimize them for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. One of my crucial tasks involves evaluating and updating operational and administrative workflows, processes, and procedures. This ensures that we achieve optimal effectiveness and maintain a streamlined operation. I prepare detailed reports based on comprehensive research, presenting well-founded recommendations for workflow enhancements.

I was tasked to build systems that track keys for large dealerships, apartment complexes, military, etc. I was responsible for building PCs, as well as key drawers and systems. During this role I learned how to solder small components and I also developed a solid background with various types of compter hardware.

I was tasked to unload products from trucks to the back stock of the store in an orderly and efficient manner. I was able to acquire good communication skills, teamwork, and quality assurance during this job.
