Senior Program Manager
Current- Manage and serve as the strategic decision-maker for pyschology programs to accurately identify, evaluate, and address existing and potential strategic and budgetary opportunities and barriers to optimize the health of.
- Manage financial P&Ls for digital products, franchises, and titles, and new product models working closely with development, production, finance, and others to control costs and ensure profitability.
- Ensure that launch of products are timely to market, competitive, and creative, and meet their financial and sales goals.
- Interpret data to tell a story and make decisions
- Serve as the primary contact for authors, content developers/advisors, and resource team members.
- Recruit a diverse group of reviewers, thought leaders, faculty advisory boards, and key decision-makers and plan the development of products in the portfolio.
