Created professional development opportunities through Agile certifications, starting with four (4) employees in 2021, followed by additional six (6) employees in 2022. Secured buy-in for senior leadership for private Scrum Master Training for twenty-five (25) employees in March 2023.- Implementing a Project Risk Management process across all SOCAN projects. Established governance to standardize how the Project Delivery department manages project-related risk. This includes how risks are identified, assessed, treated, and monitored. This process was created in close collaboration with the Operational Audit & Risk Management team to ensure alignment with SOCAN’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.- Implementing a Corporate Vendor Management Framework. Establishing a decentralized framework that allows departments to efficiently partner with the most qualified vendors for projects and other initiatives. This includes a risk-based segmentation and three-line model.

Oversees a Product Owner, steering strategic direction for this company’s proprietary rights management software, Conductor, while driving product direction for two other major systems used for administration and finance in Salesforce and Dynamics GP through liaising with cross-departmental business leaders. Selected Accomplishments:- Spearheaded a major client cleanup initiative involving the elimination of duplicate client data across all 3 systems (Conductor, Dynamics GP, Salesforce) and consolidation into one unique client entry. This involved working with various cross-functional teams to define requirements for each system and overseeing development over a 6-month time frame.- Drove an initiative to integrate all systems, engaging Slalom Build as a tech partner and working in collaboration with them through initiation and planning phases of the project. Created architecture through AWS enabling unified updates across 3 systems, and defined assignment of each entity to one of the 3 systems. This project was completed over the course of 4 months.

Product owner for Anthem’s proprietary Ruby on Rails web application for rights management, Conductor, which has processed $200M+ of royalty collections from launch to 2020. Reported to Senior VP of Finance and Director of IT to drive long-term roadmap for this product and led the MVP build of this product as the primary Project Manager.Selected Accomplishments:- Directed the ground-up development and subsequent enhancements for the Conductor MVP software in 3 distinct phases, partnering with The Working Group, defining requirements, and directing the parallel operation of Conductor and Anthem’s legacy system to ensure seamless completion. This project was completed over the course of 2.5 years.

Oversaw a team of three (3) employees to lead the onboarding process for 8,000+ contracts and related assets within rights management system, liaising with previous rights administrators and global network of societies and sub publishers to ensure seamless data transition and monetary flow due to representation.Selected Accomplishments:- Facilitated onboarding for Anthem’s largest acquisition including music publishing catalogues of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s film and TV releases from 1993 to 2012 and 2013 to 2014 which included 2,500+ contracts and 25,000+ assets in total.
