Creatively managed an annual budget of AU$1M (out of a total AU$10M) allocated to equipment repair and maintenance, by designing a new site audit process in Sydney, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, reducing the repair cost per unit 3% year on year.Secured the prioritisation of a major technical project with heads of technical and sales departments to design, test and implement a change to container hardware. Led the project team that designed, tested and implemented the modification to 2000 machines that removed risk of damage to cargo, consulting with heads of commercial and technical departments and third party maintenance companies.Successfully directed and implemented two separate transition plans, tailored for different service suppliers, using standard GANTT methodology, with minimal impact to the day to day business operations.Increased cost visibility and improved contractor reliability by 50% through detailed and accurate site audits.
