Representative Matters:Represent regulated and unregulated utilities at FERC regarding market design, standards of conduct, energy trading and marketing, interconnection and transmission issues.Represent regulated utilities in state regulatory proceedings involving ratemaking, service territory certification, implementation of renewable programs and QF issues.Represent project developers, generators and marketers with respect to the development, operation and disposition of electric power, natural gas and petrochemical facilities, including merchant power, QF, wind energy, cogeneration, ethanol, biogas and biomass, gas and oil pipeline, gas storage and LNG terminal projects.Negotiate and prepare structured, long-term energy purchase and sale agreements, tolling agreements, commodity and derivative agreements, credit support documents, interconnection and transmission service agreements.Represent energy project developers on EPC, turbine supply, O&M, warranty, interconnection and related project agreements.Assist investment banks and energy companies with respect to the development and operation of energy commodity trading groups, including development of energy trading agreements, hedging arrangements, credit requirements and risk management protocols.

Attorney; representation of energy clients with respect to specialized transactional matters, including gas and power marketing and energy project development matters.
