WheelieWorx is a platform dedicated to providing accessible and simplified insights into the realm of wheelchairs and seating. My goal is to break down the complexities surrounding mobility devices, making them more understandable for individuals, caregivers, and professionals. I hope to do this through a combination of informative content, visual aids, and a touch of my own personality

- Uphold the ILS mission statement and philosophy within the ILS Rehab division- Drive executive vision, strategic thinking, leadership and innovation- Innovate business models and service provision- Build and maintain working relationships across Australia - Exemplify personal drive and integrity amongst the team- Drive organisational processes (inc. Work Health and Safety)- Continued professional development for the ILS Rehab team- Train and development of new and exisiting staff- Build a social media presence and marketing events - Be responsible for business growth and development across Australia

• Conduct seating and mobility assessments for ILS Rehab clients and recommend, trial, script, quote and supply assistive technology devices based on sound clinical reasoning and judgement• Recommend safe, reliable and well supported assistive technology devices for ILS Rehab clients• Build and maintain ILS Rehab’s referral network• Provide consultancy to other health professionals and to work effectively with all people involved in the provision of complex equipment• Provide education and support to health professionals, clients and families• Maintain a positive, pleasant and professional manner both to ILS customers and colleagues• Work autonomously at an advanced level• Train and develop new ILS Rehab clinical and technical staff as required by the ILS Rehab Manager• Be a point of contact for ILS Rehab customers and clients• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning• Assist with the co-ordination of trade shows and events• Assist with ILS Rehab marketing

• Supporting distributors of Quantum Rehab products with troubleshooting and offering seating solutions with a range of products available• Educate health professionals on a range of topics regarding wheelchair prescription through in-services.• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors
