My goal is to lead the way in delivering excellent user experience, on time, for developing products and services in evolving markets. I am a user experience designer by trade and feel comfortable leading all design phases. I enjoy the challenge of representing and evangelizing design at all organizational levels.Design research, user testing, and collecting customer feedback are vital components of my design process. They are essential for providing context to make difficult decisions on how best to guide a product to market.I enjoy working with engineers and designing with challenging technical constraints. I work collaboratively, with great curiosity, and build a strong rationale when creating.I have extensive experience creating detailed documentation of Design Language Systems and coordinating and delivering it to the product team. I enjoy the challenges presented in agile work environments, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering on delivering great UX on time (sprint by sprint, quarter by quarter) to a suite of products, and helping other designers do the same.I have experience working with accessibility teams to overhaul and maintain Design Language Systems to meet accessibility requirements. Meeting these requirements ensures the product will be easy to use while navigating with a keyboard (tab, spacebar, arrow keys, etc.) and screen readers when released to the market.As my career has progressed, I frequently seek opportunities to mentor younger designers to give back to the design practice and build a deeply resonant, thriving, creative environment.I look forward to discussing opportunities that would enable me to continue to practice and grow in these ways.
