Throughout my career I've enjoyed learning from and working with customers to help them achieve their ambitions.The majority of my career in the insurance industry was in various different claims roles. Everything from admin to managing my own portfolio, managing a team of claims professionals and finally relationship management. In this time I have learned so many valuable lessons that stick with me to this day such as keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do. I have always been passionate about customer service and have taken that ethos into my current role which is more of a sales based role.
