Directly support customers with any data they are unable to procure themselves through HCIQ's diverse product offering. Analysis entails providing opportunities to reduce costs through price reduction or product conversions; contract savings analysis, and benchmarking. As initiatives are completed our team is then able to validate that the contract price is being honored and provide line item detail to show actual cost savings.Some of the large scale projects that I have helped to develop alongside our clinical staff include Spine, CRM, Trauma, Total Joints, and a Cost per Case report. By working with our clinical staff the analysis provides a comprehensive analysis that highlights savings along with a clinical viewpoint. The projects have been developed to be repeatable as well as allowing for customization. I am responsible for presenting and working with high ranking hospital administrators including the C-Suite, physicians, OR Directors, and Materials Managers to create an outcome that best fits their needs and drives the success of the projects.I collaborate with other departments to develop new growth in product capabilities as well as troubleshoot and solve any problems that arise. Our department is integral to the QC process of new report output to ensure the report is accurate. Lastly, I have created the template for a report that is now a product offering to our customers (Cost per Case).As Director, I am also responsible for presenting the analytical capabilities to potential and current clients, including the C-Suite of hospitals and Fortune 500 companies.
