I represent relators in qui tam litigation, represent companies in high impact litigation, represent employees and employers in employment litigation, and counsel corporate clients on a myriad of employment and compliance issues. I also represent companies in complex commercial litigation and represent institutional investors in corporate governance matters. I serve as conflicts counsel and local counsel in Delaware, New York, and Pennsylvania. GBB also represents clients and serves as local or conflicts counsel in New Jersey and Washington, DC. GBB attorneys have recovered nearly $6 billion for federal and state governments. I enjoy working with startups and small businesses. In addition to law, I am a real estate investor and enthusiast.

I focused my practice on the representation of relators in qui tam litigation and institutional investors in corporate governance, securities, and shareholder derivative litigation. I also litigated class actions in the area of consumer protection and represented clients in complex pharmaceutical litigation.

I represented employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation (in both a plaintiff and defense capacity), discrimination claims, wage and hour litigation, OSHA matters, and ERISA. I litigated complex class and collective actions as well as single-plaintiff cases. I also counseled employers on a broad array of issues, including employment issues in corporate transactions, FLSA compliance, compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and personnel decisions.I maintained an active pro bono practice in which I litigated matters of all types, ranging from political asylum cases to copyright and trademark matters. I also assisted non-profit organizations in developing human resources policies and employee handbooks and counsel non-profits on FLSA compliance. I pioneered a program between Morgan Lewis and Philadelphia's YouthBuild Charter school. YouthBuild has devised a unique, one-year program that provides high school dropouts with a chance to earn their diplomas while learning vital job skills and providing valuable community services. Morgan Lewis has created complementary programing and hosts seminars for YouthBuild students at the firm on a monthly basis to assist YouthBuild in its mission.

I researched and drafted opinions and orders and assisted in the management and scheduling of civil cases.

I focused my practice on complex commercial litigation, M&A litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring litigation, and employment litigation. I also represented clients, in both a defense and plaintiff capacity, in copyright & trademark litigation. My day-to-day activities included trial preparation, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and coordinating and managing discovery. In a counseling capacity, I advised financial institutions on employment and compensation issues, performed pre-publication review of advertising and promotional programs, and advised clients on compliance with the Lanham Act and various state laws.

I focused on commercial litigation but also worked on assignments from the firm's corporate, bankruptcy, and intellectual property departments.
