• Audit and approve relocation expenses and invoices paid to third parties or transferee.• Address client/employee questions and concerns regarding tax gross-up• Request tax payroll information for employee through FICA requests.• Calculate tax assistance and withholding, and determining which expenses are taxable, excludable, or deductible. Audit expenses to policy and follow up on irregularities.• Manage client ET administrator by reviewing and signing off on work processed, training, teaching, and providing feedback.• Main point of contact for each client’s payroll department.
