I started Quicksilver in 2019 as a multi-platform title solution for Title Agencies (here and out of state). Our goal is to assist in all aspects of workflow from orders to policies. I'm versed in most of the leading title software platforms, including Accutitle's TitleDesktop/TitleFusion; RamQuest CCE and OP2; Snapclose Pro & Cloud and Title Express. I specialize primarily in the production field, mainly focusing on Title Commitments (Sch A, BI, BII & C), Complete Title Binders (Letters, Invoicing, CPL, Etc), Surveys/Plotting, Amendments, Invoicing, Pro Forma Policies, Marked-Up Binders and drafting Closing Docs. I'm highly trained in Commercial Transactions, Surveys, Foreclosures (Mrtg & Tax), Tidelands, Estates. You name it, I’ve done it. One of my current goals is to offer underwriting and clearance support for companies new to the business or those seasoned veterans who just need additional support. Lastly, it has always been my intention to create an elite networking group of Attorneys, Realtors, Lenders, Surveyors, County Searchers and other industry professionals. My network of specialists means you’ll always have help in any part of the real estate/lending closing process whenever you need it.
