Responsible for maintaining inventory counts for the entire grocery department with an even more specific focus on the frozen food section. I verify that the amount of product on hand throughout the department matches the amount of product that shows we have in the system and fix any discrepancies that may be present. I use information from sales forecasts generated by Oracle to determine the amount of product that needs to be ordered for each frozen food truck throughout the week while also applying my experience and judgement to edit forecasts for extenuating circumstances (ex. weather, holidays, displays, etc.).
