I am an ambitious leader seeking to make a difference and foster an environment where developing people throughout the organization is the priority. I believe in “Radical Hospitality.” Whatever is within means to be done for a customer, employee, or client should be done. My passion is people. There is nothing more rewarding to me than to help someone else realize their dream and how to pursue it. I possess vast experience across the Hospitality industry including the following: Event coordination, developing training plans and schedules, building teams, filing invoices, maintaining business records, filtering potential job candidates, onboarding new hires, orientation for new hires, training seminars for new hires and current employees, managing 30+ employees in multiple roles, inventory maintenance, loss prevention training, food safety/prep training, responsible alcohol service training, conflict resolution training, sales and marketing training in the hotel industry, and managing front desk operations as well as housekeeping operations in the hotel industry. My most recent experience managing is with in the Financial industry. I have lead teams of 10-20+ employees responsible for multiple levels of account review and auditing in a high risk environment. It is my goal and desire to become a proficient and competent leader of employees across multiple industries. I aspire to earn my place amongst top leadership of a major company through dedication and perseverance. My goal is to be able to guide and develop those who serve others. Above all else, I desire to be a leader of leaders.
