Responsible for the full operations and membership sales of the Health Club including setting yearly budget and creating monthly forecast to ensure the Club hit profit. Also responsible for recruitment of the Leisure and sales team as well as motivating & developing the Current team members.I was also responsible for the Club database through auditing the system and managing the Leisure sales team to ensure membership targets were met and ensure the growth of the Clubs private memberships.

As Sales Manager I was responsible for the Membership sales at the Health Club and was responsible on increasing the membership numbers from 300 member to 2000 member within the first 12 months of the change of Club. I was responsible for recruitment of the sales team and the development of the team, I was also responsible in ensuring all team members hit individual targets which resulted in the Club hitting sales target.

As Club Manager I was responsible for the operations of a small Health Club, I was also responsible for increasing the Club Membership base from 100 - 400 members which helped the Hotel to be taken over by Village Hotels which was part of the Devere Group.

As Club Manager I was responsible for the full running of the Health Club including membership sales and the operations of the Plant Room, Sauna Steam room and Fitness room

My role was to support the Leisure Club Manager in the operations of the Club as well as improving the Membership database

My Role was to support the Leisure Manager and Assistant manager by carrying out my day to day duties at the Club.
