TradeMaster, Inc. - MobileEyes was acquired by Tyler Technologies in October 2018.Trained 125 fire departments across the US in person as well as through web-based training using pre-incident planning and inspection software. Mentored and provided setup and planning to over 300 fire departments by developing a plan to; mitigate risk, provide scheduling options, forecast future needs, create a list of commonly found violations, and analyze and migrate data from the old system into the new system. Conducted gap analysis to determine what process changes would be in place by training, any potential workarounds, and those that would be added to a future product enhancement. Collaborated with a 6-person implementation/support team of specialists that are responsible for the implementation of new software solutions in the civil service industry. Highly organized supporting multiple implementations using project manager and scrum techniques. Proficient in tools such as Jira, Gantter (product manager software), and Excel to track timelines, open tasks, analyze, parse, and find patterns in the data by using macros, pivot tables, pivot charts, slicers, vlookup, break to columns, and concatenate data. Conducting weekly project meetings with clients to provide real-time status updates in their implementation cycle. TradeMaster, Inc. - MobileEyes was acquired by Tyler Technologies in October 2018.Site implementation which involves working directly with the client to document business requirements and then provide a best practice solution within the MobileEyes product line. Working with the client to extract data from their previous software to rework the data for the new application.Trainer which includes traveling to the customer to train on the new software as well as conduct online webinar training.Software testing which includes working with the development team on both usabilities of the software and testing for any issues in new releases of the software using JIRA and TestRail. Help desk support which includes troubleshooting any issues the customer is having with the software by documenting the process to determine the cause of the issue and sending that information over to second level support.

I worked on two major projects which included the IBM Americas 2006 equipment audit and the HP-GM audit. I was in charge of a team of 10 technicians conducting an audit of the assets managed by HP.

Serviced customers by restructuring their financial health with a written plan to get out of debt and set up an income goal for retirement.

Responsibilities include new employee training which includes point of sale training, customer service training and customer follow up training. I was also the customer service manager as well as in charge of the store inventory.
