• To conduct CDD profiles for periodic and trigger event reviews for client with Private Banking and Trust relationship• To perform quality checks on CDD Reviews completed by the preparers within on-boarding team• To liaise with client facing colleagues, for example Wealth Planners, Trust Relationship Managers, for information gathering to ensure customer due diligence activities are completed properly and accurately • Assist with client profile update based on information collected by client facing staff and reliable public sources • To address issues and questions raised from the preparers and to escalate any review exceptions timely to management and relevant parties

• Leading a team in conducting investigation to clear alerts generated by the internal transaction monitoring system • Support unusual activity escalations on imminent business financial crime risk and dependencies• Ensure the investigations are conducted within specific timeframe• Report projects status and trend analysis to senior management periodically• Provide Quality Checking, assistance and training to junior investigation reviewers

- Senior reviewer in Negative News Screening (NNS) Team:- • Perform as a Quality Control Reviewer to provide assistance to reviewers on screening process • Provide assistance in setting up Quality Assurance framework• Participate in drafting Desktop Instruction Manual/Guideline for end to end screening process• Assist on drafting procedural updates timely to cope with changes on work procedures• Liaise with different stakeholders for any urgent escalations and requests• Provide on board training to new joiners- Officer in CDD periodic review in retail sector:-• Conduct periodic Customer/Enhanced Due Diligence review for customers of different risk level• Understand and clarify customers’ financial background including Source of Wealth, Source of Fund and Purpose of Account• Collect and verify customer’s supporting document regarding to their background• Conduct customer contact when necessary for additional information
