Accounted for and trained future soldiers awaiting entry onto active duty; maintained relationships with high schools and local community influencers; and led a Future Soldier training program that resulted in a 100% retention rate for the center.Implemented and maintained a recruiting station management system to include the planning and execution of lead generation activities.Awarded the company’s Top High School Senior Enlistment Center for FY14 and developed an effective Army Reserve prospecting plan that achieve a 127% Army Reserve mission accomplishment for FY14.
