As a Project Manager in Denver Colorado for one of the largest nationwide roofing companies, Justin is responsible for self generating leads and managing the project cradle to grave with the expectation of delivering all value adds to clients on a day to day basis. Previously as a Property Accountant at Lincoln Property Company, Justin managed the accounting and reporting for a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Boston MA area. Justin performed month-end close activities, prepared financial statements, reconciled accounts, and ensured compliance with GAAP and company policies have been met. Justin also collaborated with property managers, auditors, and clients to provide accurate and timely information and support.Justin graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelors degree in Finance in 2021, where he learned the fundamentals of financial analysis, valuation, and risk management. Justin also gained valuable experience as a student athlete, honing his teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Justin is proficient in Accounts Receivable, and Problem Solving, and is eager to apply his skills and knowledge to a Financial Analyst role. Justin's goal is to contribute to the success and growth of an organization that values innovation, diversity, and excellence.Justin currently also invests or is responsible for syndication and all underwriting of multifamily properties for a group based out of Tampa Florida.Outside of his career Justin ran cross country and track for Texas Tech and Stephen F Austin State University.
