Created a structured curriculum and student experience for the benefit of the many Doctor of Pharmacy candidates from the Cedarville University School of Pharmacy that fulfill their experiential rotations at the pharmacy. Made product purchasing and placement decisions for over-the-counter inventory based on survey feedback. Initiate and Implement Innovative Services - Implemented a novel monoclonal antibody (REGEN-CoV) test-to-treatment model for Covid-19 positive patient. Implemented a test-to-treat CPA protocol with our medical director to provide an antiviral (Paxlovid) treatment to Covid-19 positive patients. Created and implemented a biometric screening program and partnered with a local school system to provide these services for reimbursement. Cultivated a relationship with a software vendor Custom to access patient electronic health records that lead to the expansion of clinical services provided by the pharmacy. Marketing - Worked in collaboration with the University Marketing Department to create and promote local advertising opportunities, as well as social media content development. Worked in collaboration with the Cedarville University Communications Department for national and local news interviews featured on The National Desk and other programs. Financial Reporting and Analysis - Worked in collaboration with the University Finance Department to create and review monthly financial performance reports. So far in my tenure, the pharmacy has experienced an 11% increase in annual revenue.

The mission of our organization is to provide access to free high-quality healthcare to the uninsured and under-served residents of Miami County, Ohio. As executive director, I am responsible to remain unrelentingly devoted to this mission and those whom we serve at the Clinic, and do so in the following ways: - Clinical program leadership including: Workflow management; Maintenance of all Policy & Procedure manuals; Management of medication inventory that allow the Clinic to provide nearly 15,000 prescriptions annually at no cost to the patient; and, Establishment of preceptor program for students from Ohio Northern University and Cedarville University schools of pharmacy. - Grant revenue management including: Operate as the sole grant writer for the Clinic; Maintain an annual restricted and unrestricted revenue of $350,000+ in granted dollars; and, grantor sources include local foundations, trusts, and United Way partners. - Fundraising responsibilities which include: Management and execution of an annual letter that grosses an average of $25,000-$30,000 every year; Redefined and developed an annual evening Gala event through the recruitment of a volunteer Fundraising Committee that grosses an average of $20,000-$30,000 every year; and, Management and cultivation of a donor response program that decreased annual attrition rates and increased annual revenue to nearly $50,000. - Financial management including: Preparation, implementation, and management of the annual budget; Collaboration with the Board Finance Committee to develop and cultivate the budget, as well as an annual revision of the Financial Policy and monthly review of the Balance Sheet and P&L Statements; and, a three-month reserve was established and the building mortgage was completed a year ahead of schedule under my current leadership.

This 501c3 charitable organization start-up operates with the mission of providing for increased communication and coordination of care among social services providers in Miami County, Ohio.As the inaugural President of the Board my responsibilities include:- Structuring the initial board meetings- Grant writing and reporting- Strategic planning - Maintaining records- Creating community buy-in and building public relations with local foundations and corporations- Preparing the organization for our first executive director

Responsibilities of a Staff Pharmacist including: Drug utilization review; Inventory management; and, Clinical intervention - Zostavax vaccine clinic development: Lead pharmacist in charge of product management/relations, and operate as the sole immunizer for the pharmacy. - MTM development: Lead pharmacist in charge of program development/implementation, and operate as the sole MTM provider for the pharmacy.

In 2008, I opened a personal training studio along with my brother/business partner. - Gained experience in bookkeeping/finance skills: Kept a reconciled record of all finances, as well as developed forecasting plans and payment strategies - 2010 - 2015, I became a Level I CrossFit certified trainer: Instructed large classes of clients through their daily workout 2 to 3 times a week, and developed modified workouts for young and injured athletes.
