Enrolled more than 60 new Golf Members in my first three months at the Club. Very succesful in targeting a specific market through a colonization process. Also very involved in golf operations.

ASM in charge of Brand Central Department (Appliances/Electronics). Directly responsible for 20-30 sales associates. Duties included Coaching, Staffing, Scheduling, Inventory, Merchandising and Conflict Resolution.
