Hello LinkedIn world! My name is Justin Cortens and I would describe myself as a motivated and passionate individual with a specialty in business development/sales/relationship management (so many terms these days!). I love working with people and being able to drive value to their business as well as their clients. I also have been blessed to have gained valuable marketing experience and can now say I have 3+ years of Social Media content creation/management for my current/former employers. In previous roles, I have worked in the sports, manufacturing, and banking industries and now am so grateful/proud to be working in a leadership role with Prime Capital, a private financing company that helps businesses grow without hampering their cash flow/cost of capital. I am an Applied Economics Honors Major from Queens University with a minor in Music as well as a certificate of business from the Smith School of Business. I was also chosen to embark on a six month international exchange where I studied at The University of Warwick in their Economics program.I love my friends and family, all things sports and music, and am so looking forward to what the future has in store for me and all of the wonderful people I get to work with.
