People & Culture Leader overseeing learning & development for a luxury legacy development & hospitality firm based in Dallas, Texas with properties in Dallas, Texas, London, England & Geneva, Switzerland. With over 16 Food & Beverage concepts including the ultra luxury, Hotel Swexan in Dallas, Texas, I partner & collaborate with F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and my own team, People & Culture to grow our business and establish long standing relationships with Guests and Employees.

People Team leader overseeing Learning & Development for Union Square Hospitality Group, Union Square Events & Daily Provisions.Support Operational Excellence through identifying, creating and executing training materials through physical and digital platforms.Support Learning & Development functions of the consulting arm of USHG, Hospitality Quotient, in both in person and digital conference formats where we teach the art of Enlightened Hospitality by caring about our People first to our businesses and other industry leaders. Assist in leading New Restaurant Opening support from organization to execution.

Overseeing all aspects of Training, Education, Assisting & Directing in Restaurant Openings within all brands of TKRG while simultaneously helping develop our People & Teams via the Human Resources Department. In conjunction with the Human Resources department & the Restaurant Operations Team to make our People stronger and Restaurants better in all aspects, I work to create cutting edge and easily manageable training and educational material that continuously evolves as the industry does. With locations throughout Colorado, Indianapolis & Chicago.

Assist in overseeing On boarding, Training, Education & Development of salaried and hourly team members as well as new store openings in our new Texas market

Assisted and led hourly and salaried training and education for multiple restaurants within the RPM brand of restaurants with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Working directly on one of the owners teams, I was able to help with 4 new restaurant openings in under 12 months to which the Training and Education department led the organization and execution of the NRO's. I was selected to assist in the same capacity at LEYE's first Texas restaurant, Aba, which we opened during the pandemic in 2020 to much success.
