Owner/Lead tech- we provide IT consulting services to home and small business users through the Triad area. With services ranging from training to point of sale to consultant we handle everything IT.

Provides training to teachers throughout the Southeast on the Microsoft IT Academy and related certifications. Working closely with Microsoft education also develop curriculum for the program. Training is face to face as well as virtual. Also provide technical support for IT Academy users through the United States.

Part of a team that created and rewrote state curriculum for CTE classes including two computer programming classes (using VB and C# languages) and three network administration classes focusing on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. Rolled out this curriculum in the summer by teaching an eight hour class and other sessions ahead of state wide implementation in the fall of 2012. Taught classes in summer 2013 for new teachers teaching programming. Continuing to provide support to those teachers and providing validation services to DPI. Currently working on a rewrite of a C#/Java second level programming course.

High school instructor teaching Microsoft certification classes in an early college school. Serve on various committees (Title I, leadership) and leads the school’s technology department and technology planning/funding processes. Led the Title I committee for the school and perform other duties as assigned by the principal. The lead technology facilitator for the school. Have led various programs in the implementation and deployment of technology including laptops, interactive whiteboards, netbooks, iPads and document cameras.Currently teach Network Administration classes which focus on MTA certifications (Windows OS, Networking, Security, and Server) and MCTS (70-680) and MCITP for Enterprise Desktop Tech. Also manages over 200 desktop, laptop, and netbook computers using on an AD DS domain running Windows Server 2008 R2. All machines run Windows 7 Enterprise as the client OS. Windows Deployment Services (WDS) is used to image machines with custom images and answer files. Class is only taught in two high schools in the state of North Carolina. Hold four MTA certifications (OS, Network, Server, and Security), MCTS and MCITP for Windows 7 and am a MCT (Certified Trainer). Also hold Office Specialist Master for Office 2010.
