Provided full-service Land and/or A&D services and consultation on a full-time basis to private Tulsa, OK based E&P company.

Supervised 4 person team with full land-functions within area under Joint Venture Agreement with international partner. Acted as lead land liaison for day-to-day needs and quarterly reporting/presentations to international joint venture partner. Actively managed area with 100,000+ net leasehold acres and 6 rig drilling program with HBP and high ROR as key objectives. Constantly worked with counterparts to identify and close acreage trade agreements in order to core up leasehold position. Identified additional leasing opportunities, managed multiple brokers, and worked with internal teams in evaluation of externally marketed acquisition opportunities. Regularly presented to internal executive team and to international partner management.

Responsible for providing full land function on an active asset team covering the company's drilling and leasing programs in several counties in the Anadarko Basin (Caddo, Washita, Beckham, among others). Experience in leasing and drilling multiple conventional and horizontal plays in the Anadarko Basin and in East Texas. Negotiate and network with peers and brokers to acquire leases and negotiate farmouts, trade agreements, etc. Responsible for managing multiple active leasing programs and monitoring incoming leases and brokerage costs. Handle title curative, permitting, and other regulatory procedures associated with a drilling program. Negotiate and prepare letter agreements, Pre-Pooling Agreements, farmouts, JOAs, AMI Agreements, exploration agreements.

Oil and Gas Acquisition and Divestiture work. Primary responsibilities were oil and gas auction divestments (Clearinghouse and EnergyNet.com), negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, mid-size brokered offerings, and due diligence procedures (land, accounting, marketing, regulatory, etc.) for all types of transactions. Extensive exposure and experience in preparing offer letters, purchase and sale agreements, confidentiality agreements and closing statements. Also worked with Qualified Intermediary to conduct and manage all of the company's 1031-Like-Kind-Exchange transactions.
