• Test and repair Mitel products for inventory and customer service orders• Oversee repair and exchange transactions between BSB and outside companies• Working with Tigerpaw software for inventory management, service orders, purchase orders, andcustomer accounts• Receive inventory purchase orders into the warehouse• Prepare, pack, and ship orders from warehouse to customer sites• Strong ability to multitask and be flexible in a tight schedule to meet customer expectations• Problem solving skills in the event of system emergencies• Occasional travel to job site for product delivery and assist with installation• Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers
