Justin was one of the most reliable guys on my team. We gave him a huge chunk of the project to work on and every week he remained on schedule without any major issues. All of the problems he ran into were quickly resolved and he was instrumental in both the project itself and the demo that was showcased to Sam Palmisamo the CEO of IBM. Justin was an interesting hire for IBM Extreme Blue. Extreme Blue is IBM's premier internship program and applicants typically go through multiple rounds of interviews over the course of weeks and possibly months. Justin flew through every round in less than a week with his solid technical background and great personality. One of the best thing's about Justin is his character. He is one of the most affable guys you will meet. In fact within two minutes of meeting Sam Palmisamo, he was already joking with Sam and sharing a few laughs. I find that a great software engineer cannot rely on just technical skills of which Justin has plenty but also needs to be someone that other people want to work with. I believe Justin fits that description and would happily recommend him for any job where teamwork and knowledge is valued."
