During my time working at J.C. Penney I liaised between the customers and the company. I operated the store's Point of Sales system to complete customer transactions, and trained newer associates in how to use the system and how to best service customers.

While working under temporary contract at the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU I had to provide logistical and clerical support to the Graduate Admissions team. I utilized the office's paper filing system to organize application materials, and contacted applicants via email to alert them of missing materials and deadlines. Completed applications were gathered and sorted, and delivered to their respective departments for review.
