Daily communications are vital to the daily process. This means regularly communicating with work colleagues, costumers, employees, delivery personnel, and so forth. In addition to daily operations and communications, paperwork accounts for a vital part of keeping the plant running smoothly. These include managing some payroll responsibilities, incoming and outgoing shipments, local deliveries, verify incoming lumber products, new hire documentation, incident and injury reports.
