As President of RallyLife WorldWide LLC, I oversee the planning, development, and operations of the organization and its subsidiaries. I am responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization by working with the executive board and regional management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. I work with other executive members to ensure that the organizations mission is executed properly through the continued expansion and growth of the organization. The Organization includes lifestyle brand RallyLife, and Event subsidiaries such as the AGR and the Great American Rally.

As the Director for Export Control my responsibility was to ensure that export control laws which regulate the transfer of controlled information (including technical data and technical assistance) as well as controlled physical items (such as scientific equipment) to foreign colleagues and organizations in the United States and abroad were properly executed. In exacting my position I was the chief architect in Versata and Trilogy's Export Control processes and responsible for the execution of the regulatory process as well as the management of the continual daily operations which facilitated the compliance regulations for export control. During my 3 years with the company we encountered 0 violations and maintained a clean record with both government regulatory commissions.

Was responsible for the delivery of multiple national projects focused on cost reductions, improved efficiency, and competitive advantages utilizing multiple products and services divisions of both CRS and their sister company Alpa Technologies. These projects consisted of managing technical project teams to integrate and upgrade governmental facility systems, architecting/implementing multiple weather station satellite systems for the NWS, and supporting several large scale national merger & acquisitions for the company. In addition I was responsible for negotiating and managing vendor engagements supporting multiple projects related to SAP applications including ERP, CRM and CPQ, Internal system analysis, system integrations, application upgrades, and quality assurance improvements. Average project budgets ranged from $1.2m to $13.5m based on the project scope and solution. I was responsible for communicating project status to all levels of executive management and project sponsors/stakeholders as well as performing perpetual risk management analysis/mitigation, resource management, and budget analysis.

Led the Southeast American Business Development for Nortel Networks focused on client retention and product stability services in the southeast region. Assisted with account acquisitions and implemented and managed remote solution processes utilizing a global implementation team. Led enterprise grade product solution updates for all T1, CDMA, and EDS field and office solutions. Led the implementation of the first national wireless web network infrastructure which provided wireless internet services to more than 25% of the United States population.
