Before ordination in 2007, I spent 10 years in the advertising industry as a copywriter and later creative director and entrepreneur. I am originally from Johannesburg, South Africa and trained for the ministry in that vibrant city. I served my curacy at St Paul’s Parkhurst before being appointed Associate Vicar for the then joint parishes of All Saints Ealing Common and St Martins West Acton in October 2009. In September 2013, I became Vicar of St Barnabas Ealing. During my time in the Diocese of London I have served as a Vocations Advisor, creating and producing the London Callings series. I am actively involved in the community organising and church planting movements. With degrees in Communication, English Literature and Theology, I have a long list of interests including contemporary culture, current affairs, the media, liturgy, Christian spirituality and the arts.
