Starting off as a fabrication tradesperson I quickly migrated to workshop leading hand, site supervisor, Project Coordinator and Superintendent for shutdowns. Aerison is a multi-disciplined company servicing the mining industry and I had exposure to all facets of fabrication, tender proposals, MDR compilation, QA/QC compliance, estimating, execution and coordinating shut teams.Being present on site allowed me to develop BD skills and build on a large network of clientele to expand the current service offerings.
