I started with Maverik as a Cashier and quickly became a food service manager, followed by a store director where I flipped a store that was struggling to meet goals or retain employees to a location that everyone wanted to work at and winning most competitions. After the difference I made in a year i was promoted to a district supervisor over South Eastern Idaho managing 9 locations and 140+ employees. I supervised daily sales, quality control, store image, hiring of managers and directors, cash control, loss prevention, HR liason, vendor recieving, manual orders, shipping and recieving, gross profit analysis, process improvement, safety, and overall making sure it was a great place to work!
