Manage various size projects in the commercial construction industry. Perform tasks throughout the construction process from design phase to closeout. Pre-construction phase tasks including estimating, qualifying subcontractor bids, scheduling, awarding contracts, material procurement, pre-construction meetings, and identifying the project full scope of work with owners/architects/engineers. Construction phase including coordination between trades, maintaining project budget/costs and overall schedule, working closely and open communication with owners/owner's reps, working through unexpected circumstances with architects/engineers to find the solution that is most cost effective and the least impact to schedule. Closeout phase including punch list completion, as-built drawings, warranties, submittal/RFI logs, permit closeout/final inspections, and any project specific documents for record.Experience in the health care industry, municipalities, retail, ground up/renovations/build-out projects.
